AI Generated Content

  • - AI outputs are generated from prompts, brand memory, and available workspace context.
  • - AI content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific campaign or audience.
  • - You should review and approve AI-generated captions, replies, recommendations, and workflows before publishing or sending them.
  • - SignalNest AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Social Media Integrations

  • - You authorize SignalNest AI to access connected social media accounts only through permissions you approve.
  • - Publishing, analytics, inbox, and media features depend on third-party platform APIs and may change when those platforms change their rules.
  • - We may suspend or disable integrations that violate platform requirements or create security risk.

Subscriptions And Billing

  • - Free, Pro, and Agency plan limits may apply to users, accounts, AI generations, scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration.
  • - Paid plan billing is handled by supported payment providers such as Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave when enabled.
  • - Failed payments may lead to downgrade, suspension, or limited feature access.

Security

  • - You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • - You must immediately revoke access or notify us if you believe a token, password, or workspace has been compromised.
  • - We may apply rate limits, abuse prevention, token encryption, and account restrictions to protect the service.
