SignalNest AI is a social media management platform operated for businesses and teams that want to create, schedule, analyze, and manage social content. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion.
Information We Collect
- - Account information such as name, email address, workspace name, role, and authentication details.
- - Brand memory information you choose to save, including brand tone, audience, products, mission statement, colors, hashtags, and writing preferences.
- - Social account connection data, including platform account identifiers and encrypted access tokens needed to connect supported official APIs.
- - Content, media links, drafts, schedules, comments, analytics records, workflow settings, and AI generation history created inside SignalNest AI.
- - Technical information such as IP address, browser, device information, access logs, and security events.
How We Use Information
- - To provide authentication, workspace management, AI content generation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, media library, inbox, and automation features.
- - To connect to supported social platforms only after you authorize access.
- - To maintain brand voice consistency and improve user workflow inside your own workspace.
- - To monitor service performance, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- - To send product, security, billing, and operational notifications when necessary.
Social Platform Data
- - SignalNest AI uses official platform authorization flows where available.
- - Access tokens are encrypted before storage and are used only to perform actions requested by authorized workspace users.
- - We do not sell social account data, comments, messages, analytics, or generated content.
- - You can disconnect social accounts from the Integrations screen or request deletion using the Data Deletion page.
AI Processing
- - When you use AI features, the prompt, brand memory, and selected workspace context may be sent to an AI provider to generate the requested output.
- - Do not submit confidential information, regulated personal data, passwords, or payment credentials into AI prompts.
- - AI output should be reviewed by a human before publishing, especially for legal, financial, medical, political, or sensitive content.
Retention And Deletion
- - Workspace data is retained while your account or subscription remains active unless deletion is requested.
- - Deleted or disconnected social tokens are removed or deactivated from active use.
- - Backups and security logs may be retained for a limited period for operational, legal, fraud prevention, and disaster recovery purposes.
