Data Deletion Instructions

SignalNest AI users can request deletion of account, workspace, brand memory, connected social account, scheduling, media, analytics, and AI generation data. Use the steps below to request deletion.
How To Request Deletion
- Send an email to services@klickitsystems.com from the email address used for your SignalNest AI account.
- Use the subject line: SignalNest AI Data Deletion Request.
- Include your workspace name and the social platform accounts you want removed, if applicable.
- We will verify ownership before deleting workspace or social account data.
What We Delete
- - Account profile information connected to the deletion request.
- - Workspace brand memory, saved drafts, schedules, media records, inbox records, analytics snapshots, and AI generation history where deletion is requested and ownership is verified.
- - Connected social account records and encrypted access tokens.
What May Be Retained Temporarily
Some backup, security, transaction, and audit records may remain for a limited period where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, or disaster recovery. These records are not used for active product features after deletion is processed.
